Nice and clean place with very friendly staff and great food. Honestly I think 4 stars would be more appropriate as they often don't have what is on the menu and the prices are not exactly low but their food is really amazing, full of flavour and the portions are big enough making it one of the best restaurants in Nungwi today. So I think they deserve 5 stars.

Most tender Octopus of your life - I promise!! Actually everything we tried was delicious and the service was excepional! The Price is so much lower compared to other restaurants in the area, which I cannot understand because it was the best food we have eaten in all of Tanzania! We ate there every second day and would have loved to bring some food from Tam Tam home to have everyone try it!

Food and drinks were great. The waiters were super nice. The down point is the waiting time (too long for everything). Street vendors come to you if you sit outside by the street.

Stop searching for a good restaurant in Nungwi right now and just come to TAM TAM! Simply the best food we had in Zanzibar during a 14 day stay across biggest cities on the island. A lot of meals to choose from, including local specialities and all of this with affordable prices! Seafood was amazing and the staff was really nice too.

We ordered pilau, ugali and grilled fish. Everything was amazing but the pilau with tuna fish was the best. The coke zero could’ve been fresher and they cleaned the table a little too fast (some of us weren’t finished). I don’t know if it’s a regular thing but there was a big tourist group of a particular country that were extremely loud and annoying with women and locals (approximately 20 men that were very drunk). We didn’t stay long because they seemed dangerous

The food was really tasty and well prepared.Very delicious. The waitress were kind and the service good and quite fast. We decided to go there twice because of the traditional food and because our tummy was starving to get again some Tam Tam dishes. Thank you so much. From your Italian costumers. Asante Sana
